How to make a invisible desktop folder

Here is the step by step process:

1)- make a new folder on your desktop

2)- right click on the folder and then click at the rename option. then while holding ALT  press 0160 on the num pad and then click enter.

3)- then right click on the folder choose properties and then go to the customize tab.

4)- click change icon and select the blank icon . the blank icon is located after the 
lock icon
